Q. What type of flooring is available in Arizona?
A. Some wood does better in the Arizona climate than others. Please check with our rep when you place your order.
Q. Is it hard to care for?
A. No. In some ways it is easier than carpet. Carpet will get stains and spots that you can remove but this is sometimes only a short term solution due to the spots reappearing. With wood floors, you simply dry mop and then use a special cleaner.
Q. What type of floor preparation is required?
A. Wood flooring manufacturers all have very specific guidelines that dictate how their product can be installed. Once our installation experts pull up carpet or other flooring, we will be able to tell you exactly what floor preparation needs to be done, if anything.
Q. Is it cost effective? Can it increase the value of my home?
A. Yes. Wood flooring is an excellent long term investment for increasing the value of your home. Wood does, and laminates do to a lesser degree. There are many price ranges and options and we will be happy to discuss your needs with you.
Q. Can you supply flooring materials and supplies?
A. Yes. We carry the appropriate cleaner for your wood floor and virtually any wood product that you need. We can deliver.
